| And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32 (KJV) |

The story on John Wesley is purely facetious. Though I did combined elements of truth, the story was made up, pure and simple. Yes, John Wesley was the head minister for the Church of England in Georgia Colony Company Incorporated. Yes, John Wesley was well known for his position on slavery.
From there the story deteriorates rapidly, John Wesley was first and foremost a loyal British subject. Secondly, John Wesley had been deported from the New World long before the Revolutionary War. Had John Wesley or any other loyal British subject entered the encampment of the Continental Army, they would have been hung as a spy.
The story is very slanderous to the memory of General George Washington. Consorting with a known enemy is treasonous to say the least. United States military officers are not permitted to be involved in politics while in uniform.
Story 1 is false and slanderous to General George Washington.
